11 Hour – Case Study

As a UX/UI designer, I recently had the opportunity to work on a case study for a services app that connects users with local service providers in their area. The app was designed to make it easy for users to find and book trusted service providers, while also providing a platform for providers to grow their businesses and connect with new customers.

My design process began with extensive user research to better understand the needs and pain points of both users and service providers. This research helped me create user personas and a user journey map to guide the development of the app’s design.

One of the biggest challenges I faced during the design process was balancing the needs and desires of both users and service providers. I wanted to create a seamless and intuitive user experience, while also providing service providers with the tools they needed to grow their businesses.

To address this challenge, I focused on creating a design that was both user-friendly and functional. I used a simple and clean design aesthetic, with a colour scheme that was both modern and professional. The app featured a streamlined interface, with clear and concise information about each service provider’s offerings and pricing.

To enhance the user experience, I included features such as real-time availability updates and a review system that allowed users to provide feedback on their service provider experiences. I also incorporated a booking system that made it easy for users to schedule appointments with service providers directly through the app.

Overall, I’m proud of the design I created for this services app. By focusing on the needs of both users and service providers, I was able to create a platform that was both effective and user-friendly. I’m excited to continue working on projects like this that help connect people with the services they need.
